Meet The Team

Scott has been working in the internet industry now for over 15 years. Scott started his internet career back in 2004 when he started work for Iomart Plc. Scott’s next move was to work in first line sales for ufindus.com and after working in first line sales, Scott was offered a position in the premium design department of ufindus.com. This position is where Scott learnt his vast knowledge of the internet. BT acquired ufindus.com for £20 million pounds but Scott carried on with his role in the premium design department for BT. While Working for BT Scott, was picked to do various trials by BT for the development of the department.

After 4 years of working in the premium design Scott decided to make the move away from BT and establish his own business and in 2009 formed Must Be Media Ltd at its office based in the heart of Lancaster city centre. Scott is now approaching his 11th year of business.

Scott has also worked for companies such as ufindus.com, AXA, Johnston Press and BT Local Business.

Sophie Jones has recently joined our team has our social media influencer. Sophie has extensive knowledge all the main social media platforms. She has huge following on Instagram and Snapchat. Sophie will be working to help generate new business via Instagram and Snapchat to our existing clients and new clients all over the UK.

Paul is the Manager of Must Be Media, joining the company in 2010 and has been in management now since 1978. His management Roles included Sony, Thorn EMI , Granada and more. Paul started working in internet Marketing in 2002 with Iomart Plc, he also went on to work for BT with Scott. While working for these last 2 companies Paul was a team leader and had a team of around 20 people who he was responsible for. Paul has extensive knowledge of business gained from his experience over 42 years and training by the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Paul joined Must Be Media in 2010 to be the manager of the sales staff and who is very passionate and knowledgeable in his job role.

Jon's experience in the IT industry spans over 20 years. Jon deals with all our website development work and has been working with Must Be Media now for the last 8 years.

Jon is also very creative in the design of new products and packages he creates for Must Be Media. This is not just a job for Jon this is also his hobby and love. You will find Jon in his spare time creating his own blogs and listing to podcasts. To be Honest whatever you need to know about the internet Jon is the man to give you the answers.
